The Equal Opportunities Officer is involved in all social, organizational and personnel measures that affect female employees. In order to carry out these tasks, she must be informed in good time, she can make statements, participate in meetings of all committees in an advisory capacity and submit proposals; her statements must be attached to the documents.

In addition to participating in faculty committees and advising women in the faculty, the Equal Opportunities Officer takes part in appointment procedures.

Our tasks are based on the Higher Education Act, the framework plan for equality between women and men and the guidelines for the development of instruments for the advancement of women at RPTU.
